Lost keys or security devices - Actual cost of replacement
Tenancy Variation - Change or amendment to terms during tenancy, requested by tenant (ASTs) £50 including VAT
Ending a tenancy early – Reasonable costs incurred by the Landlord but not more than the total amount of remaining rent due under the tenancy
